We had an amazing experience renting Jason's PaloMini camper! From the start, Jason was prompt in communicating with us, making the entire process smooth and easy. The camper was spotless and ready to go when we picked it up, and Jason provided a thorough explanation of how everything worked, ensuring we were comfortable and confident using it. The drop-off was seamless as well.
Jason was very responsive and flexible! For our trip we had a few things that happened on the way to meeting him and during the end where we had to leave our trip earlier than expected. He was super understanding and nice! The actual RV was comfortable, for just my husband and I and easily accessible.
