My experience with this rental was very disappointing and I would avoid at all costs. The RV was dirty upon pickup (I had to clean it myself), linens were missing, and essential equipment like the black/grey and water hoses were not provided despite repeated requests.
Spencer made this easy. We got to camp and was set up. His communication was great. The camper had a comfortable bed and plenty of space for my family. Would highly recommend!
Overall the rental was okay. The RV is a bit more worn that we expected but everything worked. It was set up for us when we arrived, but only later did we find out that you can't lock it...no keys. There were also no instructions on how to utilize the appliances and I found the grey and black water valves closed which would have been an issue after a few days.
Hey Michael, thanks for your review, glad the camper worked out for you guys. Concerning the black and grey tank valves being closed: if you leave them open, the sewer smell goes into the camper and it’s best practice to keep them closed until you need to dump, then dump and reclose.
Where to start.
-When we picked up the trailer we were not met by Spencer and there were no basic instructions on how to do anything with the trailer. We have some trailer experience, but someone without any would really struggle.
-The trailer was not clean (trash left in the garbage can, residue in the sinks, dust on every horizontal surface).
Spencer is very professional. Delivery and pickup were quick and easy. I would recommend renting from him!
