Taylor was very accommodating, and helped with the many questions that we had. Spent the time to go over every aspect of using the travel trailer. Labeling everything in the trailer made things easy to find, and experience much better.

- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter is subject to Waste Tank Dumping fee subtracted from Deposit ($100) if not returned per provided instructions
- Renter is subject to Bed Linens cleaning fee deducted from Deposit ($25) if not returned per provided instructions
- Owner has 72 hours to complete final inspection before acknowledging return of deposit amounts due
- Renter is subject to Fee = Additional day charge after 10 PM on reservation return date OR 8 hours past agreed upon drop off time unless otherwise arranged with owner
