Tom made my experience very easy. He came when he said he would and picked up on time too. The trailer was clean. Would I use him again??? YES, that is what I will be doing next Oct... He did not get upset when I messaged or texted him 20 times to ensure I was doing this correctly as I am new to this. Thank you, Tom
Tom was pleasant to work with. We arrived just as setup was happening so Tom walked us through the RV explained how and where everything was. On leave day Tom responded quickly to where we should leave the key so we didn't have to wait. It was a beautiful RV. Met all our needs. Only thing I wish there had been a broom and dust pan.
Everything was what he said it would be had no issues felt like extra charges was a little much, but it looks like that’s what all the camper rental people do. Tom was very easy to work with no issues with communicating with him.
