- NOTE 1: Please do not throw any wet wipes, feminine products, or anything other than RV toilet paper in the sewage tank. If I need to go sewage fishing, your full security deposit will be used.
- NOTE 2: Awning: Due to the number of damaged awnings, I've decided to disable the awning on my campers.
- NOTE 3: The $35 cleaning fee covers our cost of laundering & kitchenware sanitization. Please clean the camper prior to return. A $100 fee will be charged if the camper is not cleaned prior to return.

Our first experience with RV rentals and it was amazing! Michael responded promptly to questions and concerns. There were 2 problems that were actually with the campground, and he even helped us navigate that. Blessings to good people in the world!!
Mike was great and had everything set up and ready to go when we got there. His camper was clean and stocked with pretty much everything you would need for camping. If we have a horse show in Unadilla again I will definitely be using him.
You cannot ask for a better experience than renting from Mike - he's a great communicator, the RVs are SPOTLESS and well-stocked, and everything from booking to delivery through pickup was seamless.
The camper was perfect for my needs and Mike was great about everything.
