This was a very nice unit and was great for our purpose. It does not come with any pots pans silverware linens, etc. it is like you just drove it off the lot. It does have an outside table, large mat and 2 chairs. This is absolutely fine if you know this ahead and bring all supplies you will need for an rv trip. The unit was very clean and nicely laid out.
