Booked for the wrong weekend. Once we realized this we reached out to the owner regarding this error and a possible refund. They never replied
The owner doesn’t handle refunds and cancellations. Rvshare does. They have their own cancellation policy. Please read there policy before booking
Our " trip of a lifetime "to Arizona was amazing thanks to Eric. Eric took his time to explain everything about his beautiful trailer. He answered all of our questions before, during and after our trip. His Kid Friendly trailer is roomy, comfortable, impeccably clean, and is supplied with multiple TV's and a satellite which was great while in the Arizona desert.
The camper was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great.
Eric was great. He was very helpful and informative and I would definitely rent from him again.
We had a stationary rental and when the owner came to drop off his RV. He didn't bother to greet us, shake hands, do a elbow bump or give any real eye contact. When I attempted to ask questions regarding photos that he uploaded onto RVShare departure form. The communication was cold and his response was; "don't ask me ask RVShare, I just drop off the RV".
I offer the same service to all of my customers. So sorry you wasn't satisfied with it.
It was an excellent rental and the owner was extremely helpful.
