Rental Rules

- Teardrops must be returned cleaned, inside the sleeping and the kitchen area, I have provided a cleaning kit under the bed on the right side. If the Teardrop is returned not cleaned there's a $30 fee
- We are pet friendly, and we do not have an upfront pet fee. We do have a $30 pet cleaning fee if the Teardrop is returned, and we can tell that a dog has been present
- Our Teardrop trailers are smoke free. We have a $250 "odor fumigation" charge should you smoke in our new awesome trailers. And besides, they're too small for all that smoke!
- No climbing on the roof, The roof rack is for a bike or two, kayak, or small bullet cargo box for lightweight items only. Renter counted on to be sensible and responsible in using the roof rack.
- No rough roads. The Teardrop is not designed for off-road. Remember RV SHARE has you credit card and deposit. The Teardrop is in great shape. Please return it as you found it.

I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was renting from Tommee. She was very quick to respond to messages and questions. The pickup and drop off process was excellent. She went over all the details of hooking up the trailer and setting it up at camp. The trailer was perfect for a 4 day/3 night trip. The additional foam mattress Tommee adds to the bed was very comfortable.
Great little trailer. Tommee was super receptive to some heating problems we were having. Will rent from her again.
