- No pets. Owner will charge an additional pet cleaning fee of $250 and up depending on severity.
- Late Dropoff Fee-Owners Discretion. $20 per hour past drop off time. Max 4 hours, then automatic Daily Rate
- The first two (2) Full included tanks of LP are incidental and included in the rental. Any additional needed will be the responsibility of the renter.
