William was awesome with communication from the very beginning (from questions about his rig, before I decided to book, to the end of my rental). I have never stayed in a camper myself before, but he made it super easy! He had the camper set up & ready to go, way before our arrival & made sure we had plenty of time before pick up. He had basic kitchen utensils & blankets in the camper.
