I rented in October, over the Holiday, and my experience was excellent. Shari communicated prior to the rental day giving me videos to help understand the RV and what to expect. On the day of rental, she took her time to show me all components of the systems and how to use them. She checked on me during the trip, and the return was great. She made the entire weekend fun and stress free.

The RV was super but Shari may be the best owner ever. She was so easy to deal with, cooperative and helpful. RV worked like a dream and the auto leveling system on a sloping campsite made setting up so easy. We will come here first every time we rent.
