I am writing to formally address a very serious safety issue we experienced while using your 2020 Ford Miramar 37.1 we rented from you through RVShare.com, which totaled $4,242.28 from 7/19/2025-7/26/2025.
While returning home, I discovered a SIGNIFICANT propane leak from the RV’s onboard storage tank.
We needed a RV last minute and Lisa helped us through everything. I can’t say enough about how patient she was with us through our stress and panic of getting an RV one day before our trip. The RV was clean and we had zero issues.
