- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking allowed. If a smoke smell is detected inside the camper, a $500 fine will be withheld from the security deposit to have the RV professionally cleaned.
- If any damage inside the camper are visible from any pets, there will be up to $500 withheld from your security deposit depending on the amount the damage costs to fix.
- If the tanks are not emptied in time and they overfill causing any flood damage to the camper, the entire $500 deposit will be taken to fix any damage caused.
- If there are any damages to the camper that are the renter’s fault, the entire deposit or partial deposit will be taken depending on how much damage there is.
- If any of the non-disposable items in the camper are not returned or returned damaged, the security deposit will be withheld for the price of the items.
