- Our pet friendly policy only extends to canines. Felines, rodents need to be left home. Maximum of 2 pets
- NO SMOKING - NO EXCEPTIONS: There will be a minimum $300.00 fee be charge if there is an odor or evidence (ashes, burns, butts, etc..) of smoking in the RV.
- EXCESSIVE CLEANING - Excessive cleaning required that is above normal use can be cause for a minimum $250.00 fee being charged. Examples: Excess mud, pet hair, Heavily soiled in any part of the RV.
- MISSING or DAMAGED ITEMS: Replacement value plus an administrative fee for any items missing or damaged that are provided with the RV will be charged towards your security deposit.
- The rental includes a standard cleaning fee of $0. if returned clean or $100 if not returned clean. Excessive Cleaning will be extra.
