- No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Cost of remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 charged.
- No Pets (dogs/Cats/Rodents/Snakes etc.) allowed in the RV. If any evidence of pet is found including (hair, smell, etc) you will be charged cost of replacement, professional cleaning fee +$100 service
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation.
- In case of mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS.
