- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 35
- No campsites that are gravel or dirt. Only concrete pads are acceptable. Must submit campsite prior to approval.
- At no time can the RV used as a “party bus”.
- Only campsites that are 50 AMP Hookup
- Only allowed at campsites that have full water and sewer hookup. Renter just submit campsite prior to owner approving rental.
- If the RV is retuned with any kind of smells, any kinds, full deposit will NOT be refunded.
