This is that review….truthfully, it’s a 2.5 but I’ll round up.
The trailer was excellent. The bed was comfy. It towed beautifully. It served as a home away from home at the NPs. No complaints with the trailer ONCE IT WAS FIXED.
The handling of a problem with the trailer by the owner is where I am reducing the rating.
I can understand the frustration of a part breaking during a rental, but when we walk through with renters we ask if they have rented/used a RV before. When renters say they have used them multiple times it doesn't justify showing everything on the trailer. We do turn the fridge on before hand to cool it down which uses propane and it was cool upon arrival.
We really enjoyed our stay overall. Dillon and Taylor dropped off and picked up the trailer which made it so easy for us. The bedding was comfortable and clean and the trailer is in great condition. We cooked many of our dinners there and had what we needed to prepare food which was very nice.
Dillon and Tracy were great to rent from. Fast to respond to communications. Nice RV. Would rent from them again! Thanks Dillon and Tracy!

Dillion and Taylor were great to work with. They were friendly, very responsive and attentive to our needs and even had some great suggestions on things we could go do while we were visiting the area. The camper was in perfect shape and exactly as shown. It exceeded our expectations! Next time we are in the area we will definitely rent again.
