Great communication and friendly renters but misleading listing with not the greatest vehicle. Listing stated like new which was far from the truth. Pictures do not display the damage and issues present. We were unable to get out of the bathroom from the inside and needed to have the other person let you out.
We met Kevin and Wendy to pick up the RV. They were pleasant, knowledgable, and showed us all of the necessary things to have a good weekend travelling. We used 100% of the RV and it was wonderful.
My husband mistakenly ran the lights until the batteries were dead and the generator wouldn't crank.
We really enjoyed our experience with Wendy, she made the rental process very easy! She always responded very quickly and the RV was exactly what we needed.
We were first time renters and owners were very helpful. The tutorial videos were also very helpful in how to operate properly.
