Michael was very accommodating to our needs throughout the whole process and addressed all of our concerns. The RV was very clean and stocked with everything needed for our long trip. The water filter on the freshwater hook up was convenient. Being able to control the RV from an app on your phone made everything super simple to use, and the king size mattress was so comfortable to sleep on.
