This is a fairly old pop up, so you get what you pay for. I had a previous rental fall through, so had to rent last minute. I was annoyed that it was 2x the price, but needed it. We had issues similar to other renters; the door doesn’t fit the track well, so there are gaps between in the canvas (allowing bugs).
It was a pain to close- took two grown men to slide it back together.
Jennifer was really easy to "work" with & was a great communicator. Will likely rent from her again.
Jennifer quickly apologized for an error regarding our pick up time resulting in us needing to pick up the camper 3 hours later than previously agreed. However, our experience went downhill after that. The camper had a broken tail light which was only fixed upon request.
CUTE POP UP TRAILER, NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE
Summary: In the end, it's pretty clear that this pop up rental is a business enterprise for the owner and she doesn't know a ton about using it. Yet it seemed she expected us to know everything about it, just take it and return it, with a "no questions asked, I'll surprise you with a damage claim later" attitude. Overall disappointed, will not rent again.
Communication and pick up experience was great! Camper trailer served our needs! Overall experience was awesome!
Renting was so smooth! Jennifer was easy to work with. We we’re able to reserve online quickly, we had good communication and helpful responses to our couple of questions. Pick up and drop off we’re easy and convenient.
