Aileen was very helpful and responsive! We had a great time with the van. We chose this van because it had heat, and t unfortunately the heat did not work. But otherwise it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic experience with this rental. Everything was as advertised and the owner was quick to respond and accommodated our last minute itinerary changes as we were traveling across the country before renting the RV.
Great RV, immaculately clean. Included sheets and blankets, which was so convenient for us, as we flew into the area and couldn't pack bulky things. Aileen was very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. A great experience!

First experience with an RV. Aileen helped make it a wonderfully enjoyable vacation. The RV was clean and fully prepared with full gas, propane and water tanks, common supplies and all ready to go. I simply transferred my stuff from my car into the RV, put my iPhone in the universal mount on her dashboard and followed its directions to easily drive to my first destination.
Aileen helped to make our experience as a first time RV renter very pleasant. She send us links to online videos of the important vehicle features and took the time to show us during the pickup. The RV was easy to drive and comfortable. We plan to rent again.
