Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- RV must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered/picked up in. Basic cleaning and maintenance is expected. All trash is to be removed from the trailer prior to return.
- All RV accessories must be returned or the security deposit refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- RV Gray & Black tanks are to be emptied prior to return or the security deposit refund will be adjusted accordingly. Choose a waste disposal package if you do not plan to empty and flush the tanks.
- Renter's tow vehicle must meet the minimum requirements when being picked up. Refunds will not be given if the tow vehicle isn't rated for towing this RV. Tow vehicle must have brake controller.
- Absolutely no smoking! A minimum $1000 fee for smoking will be charged if we notice that the camper was smoked in.
We offer linens for the bedroom for a fee (pillows, bedsheets, comforter, extra blankets).
We offer silverware, plates, bowls and cups for a fee (forks, spoons, knives, other cooking utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. No pots or pans).
