Very nice and helpful. He delivered it and set it up for us. We had a great time. Will rent again.
Everything was great. Communication with Rudolph was great. Picked up the camper. No problem. Easy to find. Hookup and go. House battery is smoked. You may need to know that. No biggy. Plug-in to shore power. First evening we discover the front septic system cannot be drained. The valve is apparently inoperable. Luckily there is a 2nd toilet in the rear.
Rudy follows up. Dry communicative.
This was a great 5th wheel! Clean, everything worked great and was perfect for our Rocklahoma experience! Thank you!

Our worst experience renting a camper, awful septic smell, tank would not empty, not clean.
We did everything possible to fix issue finally got it fixed. Never have had an issue with the black tank. I came to the location 4 times to fix issues. I understand the frustration but we did not ignore the issues.
