Bertie was incredibly understanding and easy to deal with when we were put in a tough situation. I look forward to renting from Bertie in the future.
Bertie is absolutely amazing person to deal with. Excellent communication prior to renting, and also helped me get additional pictures upon request. There were minor issues after I picked up the RV, but Bertie was always on top of her communications to resolve issues. The RV was in a good, clean condition, and treated us well through the 4 night vacation to The Great Smoky Mountains.
