- NO SMOKING inside the camper. $300 Fee WILL be charged if smoking occurs for additional cleaning.
- No pets inside the camper. ***Additional $100 cleaning fee will be added to the current cleaning fee if pet debris is found.
- Camper will not be moved during reservation period. Must stay on the original site that it was delivered to. Owner will not reposition camper to multiple sites during the reservation.

Anthony was very helpful and kept Ed us updated ! He had the Camper on-site and ready to use before we got to our destination ! The camper was clean and well maintained as well as stoked with all the home essentials ! You will not be disappointed in this rental!!

Anthony was polite and responsive. He even checked on us after the hurricane/tropical storm came though. Anthony takes good care of his RV. Everything worked exactly the way it was supposed to, and we had a great trip, in no small part because of our accommodations. I'd recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a highly functional and comfortable RV to stay in.
