- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No candles or Scentsy/wax warmers
- No flushing of feminine products, trash or disposable wipes in the camper toilet. This will result in an extra $50 plumbing/cleaning fee. Flush and use only the RV toilet paper.
- No illegal substances
$50 for cleaning if camper is returned in overly dirty condition.
