Great size for a comfortable stay, easily sleeps a family of four but can sleep five. Clean and well maintained with your camping pleasure in mind. Towels, washcloths and bedding available as well as cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, pans and dishes. AC, heat, stove, refrigerator, microwave and of course sink, toilet and shower.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Keep drain valve on black tank “toilet waste” and grey tank “sink and shower” closed until needs dumped. Drain black tank first then grey then close valves.
- Close awning when away from camper and or inclement weather, you will be responsible for damages caused by high wind.
- Do not use harsh chemicals in camper. Camper is sanitized before and after use by owner.
- Hot water should be turned on 15 minutes before showering or dishes. Turn off after use.
