I should have known I had a problem when the owner wasn't interested in completing a departure form that should have identified everything that was provided. The critical item that wasn't provided was the adapter for the power connection to the trailer. Without that, I couldn't connect to my generator so my first night in the trailer was very cold and uncomfortable.
Super experience, delivering, pick up and assistance. The kitchen wasn't as stocked as I prefer, but I let Angie know what I was looking for and she added some things for me!

The owner is VERY available for any questions and is very helpful. Both pickup and dropoff were very smoothe.
The trailer is good, but not excellent. It has definitely seen some use as there are several items (shades, water tank floats, bedroom door, over/range striker, thermostat) are in need of repair.
Informationally, we were on shore power.

Great communication. Easy, flexible pickup and drop off. Jeremy was friendly and personable and gave me a good run down on the trailer when I picked it up.
We dry camped for 3 nights and everything in the trailer worked properly — it was so nice to have a fridge+freezer, hot water, and a comfy bed.
