Don’t rent from John. He runs his rental like a business and this can be a great benefit in his efficiency in pickup/dropoff, but became an enormous liability for us. He was not quick to communicate via the app either.
The carbon monoxide alarm went off 4 of our 7 nights in the RV and ruined those nights of sleep.
Could have had kitchen utensils and pans. We had to bring spoon, forks, plates, pans.
Everything else was good.
John takes pride in his RV and takes great care of it. He communicates well. Enjoyed working with John
More maneuverable than I expected. Simple pickup and drop off process. Plenty of room for a large family. Had a great trip.
