The dinette turns into a bed large enough for one adult or two kids, the sofa also folds flat to accommodate one adult or two kids. The loft bed above the cab is huge at almost 8 feet long and over 5 feet wide. It can accommodate 2-4 children or 2 adults.

The RV is parked on a concrete pad in a fenced in backyard right downtown Wilmington with full hook ups. Very close to ILM and 2 miles from the River Walk. Great walkable neighborhood that's quiet at night. Well behaved children and pets are welcomed. There is a decent little outdoor seating area for spending time in the evenings but it is a shared common area with the homeowners. There is a parking space for your vehicle outside the fenced in yard, just steps from the RV entrance door.

nice and clean, well supplied, Went over even thing, answer all my question before and daring walkthrough very help full. A lot better gas mileage than I thought. ever easy to work with ,would rent again. and high recommend.
