The loft bed above the cab is huge at almost 8 feet long and over 5 feet wide. It can accommodate 2-4 children or 2 adults.

The RV is parked on a concrete pad in a fenced in backyard right downtown Wilmington with full hook ups. Very close to ILM and 2 miles from the River Walk. Great walkable neighborhood that's quiet at night. Well behaved children and pets are welcomed. There is a decent little outdoor seating area for spending time in the evenings but it is a shared common area with the homeowners. There is a parking space for your vehicle outside the fenced in yard, just steps from the RV entrance door.
