Walter was great to work with and though we had issues he made some concessions.
The awning did not work and we where not made aware of it until pickup. We had multiple hours through out the day that we did not have shade and it was too hot to sit out in the sun. The AC did work well.
As with anything, problems arise.
All hoses have been replaced.
RV gauges are notorious for being inaccurate. There is nothing that can be done about it.
William was patient and understanding when issues arose—more than willing to work through them.

I am a first timer camping in RV and pulling anything. Walter spent well over 3 hours going over everything in detail with me. He showed me how to detach the trailer from vehicle, then attach to vehicle and prepare for pulling. He made sure before I pulled away that everything was in place and that I felt comfortable pulling and using his rv trailer.
Great communication, great RV!!!
My wife and I are new to RVs and Walter took the time to go thru the unit and explain all the features. Knowing more about camping with a RV made the experience much better and really enjoyed the time.
