Walter was great to work with and though we had issues he made some concessions.
The awning did not work and we where not made aware of it until pickup. We had multiple hours through out the day that we did not have shade and it was too hot to sit out in the sun. The AC did work...

As with anything, problems arise.
All hoses have been replaced.
RV gauges are notorious for being inaccurate. There is nothing that can be done about it.
William was patient and understanding when issues arose—more than willing to work through them.
