- Renters are responsible for all tolls, park entry fees or extra expenses related to towing or delivery of this trailer.
- Renters who are towing must have prior experience towing large vehicles. Anti-sway hitch mandatory. Hitch rental is a one-time fee of $50 unless you provide your own.
- Renters must have experience operating the various systems and functions of recreational vehicles.
- Renters are expected to return the trailer clean and in the same condition it was before rental. If black and gray tanks are not emptied before return, a $100 dump fee will be taken from deposit.
- A one-time restock and sanitization fee of $50 will be added to each rental. If trailer is returned unclean, $50 per hour will be removed from deposit for cleaning.

This RV was brand new, sparkling clean, and very charming! Christopher and his family were very welcoming and checked in with us several times throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the RV. They delivered the RV and picked it up on time. We were very, very pleased with the RV.
