Tori was wonderful to work with. The RV was just perfect for what we needed, which was to have extra beds for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was clean and roomie and Tori went out her way to have what we needed for a good experience. The televisions didn't work, but my son and family were parked right next to our house and spent most of the time in our home, so it wasn't a problem for us.
Amazing to work with. Timely, excellent, and responsive communication. RV was better than advertised. Well equipped, very clean, in great condition. Very well maintained, easy to drive and operate. Thorough verbal and written instructions. Never felt any pressure about pick up, drop off, orientation, general questions.
