- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Unit must be cleaned before return or $60.00 cleaning fee will be charged
- Tanks must be dumped before return or a $125.00 dump fee will be charged. No sites within 30 miles
- Propane Tanks must be refilled or a 25.00 per tank refill charge will be charged
- Pickup and Drop Off Times are very flexible as pick up is at my home. The reservation times are placeholders only.
