Everything was great! Conner was very responsive before our trip. He delivered the camper as early as the campground would allow, set everything up for us and was available with any questions during our trip.
The camper we rented was nice. Connor was prompt with drop off and pick-up to the campground. It was equipped with all of the utensils/bedding/blankets and towels that we needed for our stay.
The only negative was the soft floor in the back bedroom where the kids slept. He did point it out at drop off, but I was concerned that it would give way during our trip.
Connor was fantastic to work with, very responsive and followed through on expectations. Will definitely rent again
Great rental! Second year we’ve rented with them and the service/experience has been excellent both times. RV is as described. They set it up before we arrived at the campsite and came to pick it up before we checked out. Very friendly and available for questions when needed. Would definitely recommend their RVs and would use them again for future RV rentals.
OUTSTANDING best describes my experience. Kimberly and Jim are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The RV was immaculate. Anything you could need was in the camper. This was my first time renting a camper, and I am so happy I went with this one. I was traveling with my 2 Granddaughters (ages 17 & 6) they loved the RV and had a fantastic time.
Great hosts, they made drop off/set up and pickup very easy. Arrived on time, provided a great detailed list of all amenities to help with knowing exactly what to bring and what would be available. Very spacious RV - overall fantastic experience
