Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking, vaping or drug use. Any physical evidence or scent of the aforementioned will cause a $500 loss in security deposit.
- No pets without prior approval and paid pet fee. Pets must not be left unattended in the trailer.
- If the trailer comes equipped with a roof ladder, all parties are required to stay off the ladder.
