All of the comforts of home to include the outdoor kitchen with table and 12 burger gas grill. Comfortably sleeps 9 and could be 10 if you have little ones. This is our RV that we use, we are not in the rental business so it is only rented a few times per year and professionally cleaned each time. Delivery and setup available for a fee.
