I recently rented an RV from Ken through RVshare, and while the experience had some positives, it fell short in several areas.
Communication with Ken leading up to the trip was smooth, but there was a breakdown when it came to pickup. I informed Ken that I would leave the Baltimore area around 6pm and arrive at the Home Depot in Dover around 8pm, possibly later.
Murray was very helpful in the delivery and pickup process. Answered all questions that we asked and very transparent on minor issues with RV up front! Will rent from Murray again.
We had a good trip in the RV. Thanks
This vehicle was unsafe blown headlight. Bathroom floods when it rains. Shakes over 65. Exterior storage doors do not lock. Mold on shades. Dogs chewed up seats. Safety step broken. Owner said it was on a long term rental before we rented it but no wonder it was cheaper to try and bait people into renting. Renter beware
Ken was very accommodating and willing to work with our schedule. Very prompt delivery and pickup. Unit was clean and all systems worked flawlessly. Would rent from him again anytime .
