The communication is excellent and kept up to date with delivery status. The RV is very clean and ready. The owner of RV prepared and explained about the power buttons on panel and water usage. This is a great RV to rent.

The delivery driver was excellent - he arrived before we did and looked out for us when the venue attempted to give me a less than desirable hookup. He told them that hookup was not going to work and they changed it.
