- Absolutely NO smoke or flames other than propane gas stove are allowed inside the RV. NO smoking (of any kind), vaping, candles, incense, mosquito repellent candles are prohibited.
- No food, grease, oil, or trash can be disposed of in the kitchen sink, shower, bathroom sink or toilet.
- No black water (urine, feces) is allowed in gray tanks (shower, sinks).

Overall this was a great experience. We had a little snag in the beginning with the AC not staying on, but worked through it and eventually got it to stay on. Owner was responsive and friendly.

We had an excellent experience and really enjoyed the RV. Elisamuel did a fantastic job of making it a very easy process for us, so all we really had to do was show up and have a great time!!
Very clean, nicely decorated and fully furnished RV. There were 4 towels. Sleeps 8 comfortably and could fit a few more. We did run out of water by 3rd day and battery didn’t run heat didn’t all night. Just things to be prepared for. I would rent this rv again and it worked out perfectly for our needs. Eli and his wife were excellent to work with.
