Rental Rules

- Renter must sign the Great Adventures RVs Supplemental Rental Agreement. Late return subject to a $75 late fee or fee of an additional night if more than 2 hours late.
- Unless Post-trip cleaning fee is pre-paid, interior of RV must be returned thoroughly cleaned, ready for next guest, or fee of $50/hour applies for cleaning (1.5 hour minimum).
- Awnings are easily damaged by wind and so ours is disabled. If awning is used, security deposit is forfeited in its entirety. Damage to/from awning is responsibility of Renter, plus a $250 admin fee.
- Loss of any supplied inventory item will result in a charge to Renter for $30.00 plus the cost to replace the item.
- Renter is responsible for payment of traffic tickets, tolls, and other such charges plus $15 admin fee for each toll bill received and $75 admin fee for each traffic tickets, violations, etc.

This rv is ok , kinda old
The sides did not work where the 2 bunks are , they had electrical issues the day before we left and offered $100 off to compensate for the non expansion slide out . We did accept the $100 off only because our trip was already planned ( they did communicate that ) It was a very tight fit

We're sorry your experience wasn't as you expected. We're disappointed to have received such a poor review amongst our otherwise 100% 5-star rating. While the slide issue was indeed unfortunate, we advised you of the issue 3 days before your rental, not the day before. We offered to waive any cancellation fees and provide you with a full refund, which you declined in favor of a $100 credit.
Ryan was excellence with communication as this was seamless from start of the trip to the end of the trip. Give the Johnston's a try, you will not be disappointed.
Great vehicle and it was very easy to communicate with Ryan. They gave a very good walkthru of the vehicle before our trip for a smooth journey.
Great experience and a great trip. Ryan and Sarah are wonderful and the communication was very fast. The only negative was having to bring our own pillows because of COVID. I would highly recommend these folks and their RV!
