Overall great experience both with Joe and the camper itself. Communication before and during the pick-up was spot on. Joe was super friendly and easy to work with and camper was exactly what we were looking for. 5 out of 5 stars, would definitely rent from Joe next time we need another camper.
This was a first experience for us, Joe took the time to educate us on towing and setting up, he was very clear with his instructions and made us feel good about being able to handle the unit alone.
