Whenever he arrived to drop off he showed the emergency escape window was taped on from the outside.
The awning was ripped off, with some exposed electrical wiring showing. The rest was duct taped and clear wrapped.
The front tires had bubbles.
The front end needs to be aligned and all the wheels need to be balanced.
The cruise control did not work.
Wenqi was responsive and friendly. The RV was great we had a lot of fun.
Wendqi was very professional and had his RV ready for pick up on time with a clear and easy understanding how to operate. The only draw back with his Rig had the ABS dash light on for 90% of the trip. This was a little uncomfortable on your foot as your Cruise Control is un-operable when the ABS Light is on. No worries here, loved the trip and thank you Wenqi.
