Chris was very responsive and helpful when we had to book at the last minute because our previous reservation got canceled two days before we were supposed to pick it up. He was on time, showed us everything we needed to know about the RV and it was spotless when we picked it up.
Really liked this RV -- perfect for the music festival weekend. It had all the amenities, and they all worked perfectly. The two twin beds in the banquettes are long enough for me (6'-2") and the truck drives easily. The solar charger gets back to 100% easily if there is sun. I may not bring my own powerstation next time. Chris is a super-good communicator and wonderfully helpful.

Perfect experience! Ratchet was great, easy to drive and maneuver on our long trip through several big cities, gas stations and parking lots. Chris was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a safe and enjoyable trip.

We rented "Ratchet" to go to a music festival. We had it for 5 days and it made our music festival experience so much more fun. First of all, the one we rented was smaller (we recommend it for no more than 2 people) but that also made it easier to handle on the highway (and when backing into our tight little RV space at the festival) than larger RVs we have rented.
