Renting the luxury bunkhouse RV was a great experience. We had it dropped off and ready for us when we arrived to our destination. The bunk room, a separate bedroom with a door, gave our adult daughter privacy.

Rules & Policies

- Propane is to be full at end of rental period; $29 fee per tank + cost to refill will be incurred. Grey/Black tanks to empty at end of rental period; $200 fee incurred if not empty.
- Cleaner, air freshener + all products necessary are included; no products outside of these are to be used on trailer, including personal fragrance; $150 fee if suspected use.
- No dry camping/boondocking; Electric, Water + Sewer hookups must be verified by renter prior to rental; $500 fee for dead house batteries.
- Pets allowed conditionally; Damages charged to deposit/card on file; Additional $20/day + $150 nonrefundable pet fee; Evidence of pets on board without approval incurs $1,0000 fee
- No smoking, vaping, or toxic products; min $1,000 fee for suspected use on trailer.
