This is the second time I have rented the RV from Troy, and just like the first time the RV was in great shape and well equipped. Troy is great to work with and his communication leading into picking up the RV was great, and appreciated. Troy thoroughly reviews with you the amenities the RV has to offer, and all the controls and features for operating the RV. You drive away feeling well prepared.
The RV was clean and well appointed, and Troy seemed nice enough at first. There were some hiccups with getting it picked up as we had to wait an hour for a part to be fixed. Our 3 day and 300 mile trip in it was great. The problems came after we returned it full and with nothing broken. Troy has several additional fees which are listed as "optional." Be warned: they're not.
Troy was great to work with on the rental of his RV. The RV was clean, had all the amenities you would expect, and Troy did a great job walking me through the operations of the RV. He was also readily available and responsive to any questions I had. The RV worked out great for our family. I would definitely rent again from Troy.

Upon pick up as a first time renter, nervous, Troy informed me all the bells and whistles of his RV. He assured me slow and steady wins the race. Excellent communication, I was ready to arrive at the camp site and set up. Not use to driving something so long, by the time I arrived really not a big deal. Set up was easy, their was a checklist even if I forgotten something Troy had said.
Very smooth, hassle-free experience. Everything was as advertised. Troy was careful to point out any existing issues, and was great about explaining the systems and answering any questions. Would definitely rent from him again.
