Easy and simple process. Communication was great and the RV was perfect for my trip. Would highly recommend Julie!
The rental process was smooth, although the communication with Julie in the beginning was spotty. However, her husband was awesome in showing me how everything worked and then kept in communication with me during our trip. We couldn't get the TV to work, the cabinet doors and bathroom door wouldn't stay closed during the whole trip.
I’m not even sure how to respond to this other than to say that the security deposit is held by RV share in case something is damaged by the renter. The cabinet doors were not broken when the renter picked up and when they returned the RV they were. Of course we reported the damage.
My Fiancé & I rented Julie’s RV while visiting my Fiancés parents in Buffalo. The RV was perfect and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be renting again when we come back to visit in the future.
Julie was fantastic to deal with! She responds quickly and was so great to help with any questions or concerns. We had a fantastic time traveling around upstate New York and we would definitely rent from her again!!
The RV wasn't as listed because the steps didn't work and the generator was not working. They assumed we were camping at an RV park but we were going to the Adirondacks and dry camping. So because of this we couldn't level the RV nor open the slide out.
This renter is being untruthful. The RV was in perfect working condition and the renter went through a two hour orientation going through every inch of the RV before the keys were given to them. These renters seemed to have difficulty handling the RV and the information being provided. If the RV was not in working order it does not make any sense that they would drive away with it.
Overall, a terrific experience for us, and it was our first time renting an RV. Pete (Julie's husband) was very helpful in demonstrating everything prior to us leaving. It was comfortable, worked well, and really had no difficulties. We got around 13 mpg but much of our driving was in the mountains which impacted that.
