The unit was delivered with a full grey water tank that wasn’t dumped or cleaned out prior to delivery. The AC had a bad smell and wasn’t ran or serviced prior to delivery. We had to dump the grey water tank in order to use the shower or run any water. Communication was short and unfriendly.
We didn’t realize you were even going to use the shower. The water was probably ran too long and got the grey tank full. There were no complaints upon pickup. I was conversing with y’all and showing you everything your needed. I was there for 30 minutes explaining everything and left my phone number for any issues and never got any phone calls.
We were first time RVers. Carl set up the RV and picked it up from Palo Duro SP. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Carl was very supportive of our questions and professional with his services. Absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

We had a great time at Palo Duro Canyon State Park in Carl and Ashley's RV. We chose the drop-off service. Carl communicated well. The RV was set up and waiting for us when we arrived and served as the perfect home base for all of our activities in the canyon over a long weekend. We are likely to contact them again the next time we travel to the area.

Carl and Ashley were great! We had a rental cancel 2 days before we were to take our 9 grandkids to stay in Palo Duro Canyon. They answered instantly with a yes for the new rental. It was delivered perfectly and we had a fabulous time. Slept all 9 of us and we had no issues. Thank you Carl and Ashley and we will be recommending you to our friends and family!
