- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Smoking of any kind will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No dry camping, must have 30 amp hook up.
- Always roll in the awning if chance of Wind. WIND WILL DAMAGE THE AWNING
- We will not be able to pick up the RV until 4:30 on Sunday
