While I think the owner means well, he has a blind spot in knowing what "rental" condition means. We had the camper delivered and we were shocked to see how dusty and musty it was on top of most of the drawers in the kitchen being broken as well as the windows. There was no awning on the front of the camper and the second set of stairs looked like they had been smashed in.
First off the delivery fee is was agreed on before the rental, secondly i didn't charge you the dump fee of 100 dollars because of the problems. And yes there was lots of waste in the black tank because that wasn't the one leaking it was the grey water. I also didn't charge for the large dog you had in a small dog only camper.
Jeremy did everything he could to make this simple and easy. He even called and helped us find a camping site along withnd enough to work with our schedule when we needed to adjust our arrival and departure times. Very flexible! Camper was large enough to handle our party and some guests for dinner.
